AC/DC, Thin Lizzy, and everyone else in the late 70's/early 80's.

That's what this amp sounds like. Saturated, powerful, bright, NOT a one trick pony. This is a good example of an aboslute rock n' roll machine from the late 70's. The older brother to the JCM 800, the JMP 2203 has a much more sponegy and organic quality but obtainable gainy tones at low volumes compared to the non-MV Marshall's pre-1975. Pretty clean with nearly no noticeable tolex tears. This thing sounds like all those records you still listen to!

Recently serviced, power and preamp tubes replaced, one filter cap replaced. This beast is ready to go!
