This just in! A nearly perfectly preserved time capsule from 58 years ago.

Here's the 2x12 amp that's the sleeper in the Vintage Fender Line. This Pro Reverb holds up to the claims. Present, warm, powerful, dripping reverb and great breakup.

Really clean third-owner blackface  AA165 circuit Pro Reverb!  Second owner was legendary Tom Bukovac but there is no written provenance for this) Tolex and grill in fantastic condition including bottom of amp. 95% Original (including all the iron). November of 1965 OL tube chart. Mix of original RCA/GE preamp tubes, but replaced newer rectifier and Tung Sol power tubes. Inside circuit looks untouched but. Has had recent filter cap job which is necessary maintenance. Runs quiet.


All transformers are correct and date 42nd, 39th, 47th and 44th week of '65. Original cone Oxford speakers are replaced and date later late 1969. Comes with the original AC cord. Yes, it sounds amazing as you would expect. Reverb and Tremolo are strong. Did we mention this sucker is clean, clean, clean!?
