 From Saint Louis luthier and guitar legend John Higgins comes this beautiful pinecaster.  The body is handmade of torrified pine sourced from upstate New York and is light and resonant as a result of the very low moisture content. 
 The neck is cut from some of the most beautifully and deeply flamed maple we have seen and sports a lovely maple cap with a 12 inch radius that makes bending and quick passages easy and clean. A dual action truss rod is installed for adding or removing relief during humid or dry seasons. 
  The stainless steel bridge from Callaham features three vintage style compensated brass barrel saddles. An unbleached bone nut and Kluson tuning machines finish off the neck. The pickups are alnico v mini humbuckers from GFS and are wired to CTS and Switchcraft electronics. The entire guitar is finished in ultra thin nitrocellulose lacquer.
